We stayed at Sokkhak Boutique Resort and Spa in November for 4 nights in the home suite. This is by far the best experience we have ever had in a hotel and we have stayed in many levels of accommodation world wide. Sokkhak is the perfect boutique experience! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well attended. Special thanks to Muriet (apologies if I've spelt your name incorrectly) and Phoeum! My heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making my birthday so special! Rooms and facilities listed are EXACTLY as per the photos on their website and various booking sites. The included breakfast was delicious and generous! We were so impressed with the onsite restaurant we didn't bother eating anywhere else and preferred to eat, drink and enjoy Sokkhak Boutique after long, hot days at Angkor Wat. Whilst we only saw the front of house attendees I would like to thank all the staff at Sokkhak for the wonderful experience...the beautiful gardens, sparkling pool, stunning floral arrangements, spotless comfortable rooms and facilities and the chefs in the kitchen/restaurant etc. Be sure to let Sokkahk organise your drivers and tours to Angkor Wat. We had the most diligent, safe & friendly drivers that made everything easy. Be sure to ask for Mr Thai for your car transfers and tours and Sopia for your tuk tuk tours and needs. You are in safe hands! Im sure it is this group effort and care that makes Sokkhak exceptional. We hope to return in Nov 2025!

The staff were the best: super friendly, always attentive, and there was no request too big! Marady and Sopal answered many questions about Cambodian culture and food, and we were like friends by the end of our weeklong stay. The decor and ambience is gorgeous and relaxing, if only our schedule of temple exploring and birdwatching was not so tight I would have loved to have simply relaxed around the pool area and in the room. The one time I did try the pool for a quick dip, it was refreshing (perfect temp) and they turned on the waterfall for just me! The garden courtyard is beautiful with many flowering plants, lots of commoner garden species of birds and small geckos and yellow frogs near the main door at night (but no creepy crawlies at the same time I should emphasize). The restaurant served some of the best food I had of the trip. Prices for everything were very reasonable. Our tuk tuk driver, Makara (Kim), was amazing too, taking us anywhere and at anytime we wanted. He always waited patiently and greeted us after a temple visit with cold water and a refreshing wet-wipe. He also knows good restaurants and shopping areas. I am already planning my second trip to this fascinating and warmest of countries and plan to spend all my time in Siem Reap again at Sokkhak Boutique! Orkun jraeun!~

We spent 4 days 4 nights in Sokkak Hotel. We loved its quiet location, away from the hustle bustle, but I only a short tuk tuk ride away from the center of town. The hotel is very nice with beautifully landscaped gardens the around property. The interior decor is classy, with exquisite wood carvings and fresh flowers. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with many excellent items both western style and Cambodian. More broadly, the hotel has an excellent kitchen, and we sampled their creations once for lunch, and when we got room service another day. Each item was freshly cooked and bursting with flavor. The uncooked items such as the fruit plate and the salads were always fresh and delicious. The bartender knows his trade, and after a day of sightseeing, the cocktails and mocktails were heavenly. Tying all of these wonderful amenities and services is the excellent staff, and we cannot praise them enough. The personalized service, the attention to detail, was nothing short of extraordinary. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay in this fabulous boutique hotel. The staff was incredible seeming to anticipate our every need. Our room by the pool was spacious and extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice big luxurious bed too! Salt water pool, great range of spa options ( I had an avocado facial- highly recommended). Breakfast was super- I loved the bananas and bacon and the delicious fresh fruit. We ate at the restaurant a few times too and enjoyed the delicious and well priced food. An absolute delight! I’m so glad we stayed here- it’s truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever enjoyed and I loved the peaceful location- not far out of Siem Reap, but still easily accessible by Tuk Tuk in a few minutes. I’d like to single out Tina and Phoeum for their incredible service, grace and professionalism, Moeurt for his cocktail making skills ( Singapore Sling highly recommended!!), and to all the staff for making this a perfect spot to explore Siem Reap’s many treasures. An absolute gem of a hotel!

Sokkhak Boutique Hotel and Spa is truly an oasis. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood a 15 minute tuk tuk ride to either Angkor Wat or downtown Siem Reap, it is a beautiful small hotel with large, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool and a very good restaurant. An excellent breakfast is provided and we enjoyed lunches and dinner there too. My wife had a good massage in the onsite spa. The staff provides excellent, personalized service and arranged airport transportation, tuk tuk trips, and guided tours. We had a great tour of Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm with the informative and personable guide Sara, driver Mr. Tai, and cool towels and water provided along the way.
